Copperplate Calligraphy - An Introductory Class to the Basics - July 23rd 12pm-2pm

The Salty Lick will be hosting an introductory class to Copperplate Calligraphy.  The class will consist of learning to assemble the nib, nib holder, using inks, and determining if a thickener is necessary as well as the basic concepts of Copperplate lettering.

Each participant will receive a kit containing the following:

1 beginner Nib

1 Wooden Nib Holder

Multiple Paper type samples

Ink samples in your choice of reds, greens, or blues

Arabic Gum Sample

Lined Paper

Snacks and drinks will be provided.
